Introductions are an essential one off session to
ensure you understand and operate the equipment properly
and safely, resulting in maximum benefits from your exercise
programme. Please book your introduction session with reception

At Courtneys we like to give you personal attention.
Following your introduction all members can receive a 1-hour
personal programme with a member of our fitness team. Members
are also encouraged to receive a personal programme review
on a regular basis to make the most of their workout.
Personal motivation and Health and Lifestyle
sessions are also available. Please ask a
Fitness team member for more information.
